The mpls downtown council is a member-fueled nonprofit association that connects businesses, organizations and residents to drive economic and community vitality in downtown mpls. Through the goals of our strategic plan and collective marking / PR campaign, our members and partners are integral in carrying out our mission to create an extraordinary downtown.
