Volunteering
Consider helping out at the West Broadway Farmers Market–you’ll be supporting small local farmers, your own community, and you’ll get some fresh air while you’re doing it! There are many opportunities for volunteering. We will be operating on select Sundays and Wednesdays throughout the summer, a complete schedule is available here.
Duties of a volunteer could include:
- Setup
- Customer Service
- Flyering/Marketing
- Takedown
If you’re interested in any of these opportunities, please email Alicia Uzarek at marketmanager@westbroadway.org with your name, contact information, and what duties you’re available for. You don’t have to do everything all the time, if you’re just available on one day for one activity, we’d love the extra help!
Contributions
The West Broadway Farmers Market is also accepting direct financial contributions from individuals and organizations. Please click here for the link to our Razoo website to make a donation via the Internet.
Organizations and corporations interested in making a large donation to the market should contact West Broadway Coalition Executive Director Erin Jerabek by phone at 612.353.5178 or by email at erin@westbroadway.org. Businesses that contribute to the market could be listed as a sponsor and have their logo displayed on market advertising and marketing materials. In addition, the West Broadway Coalition is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, making your contribution tax-deductible.
